How do I place my order?

If you have found a HARDGRAFT product you love, then placing an order is simple.

Click on the product you want and then, at the top of the page, click 'add.' Where relevant, select the correct item size. The item will then automatically be added to your shopping basket.

You can either continue shopping, adding more than one item to your basket at any time. Once you are ready to place your order, click on the 'cart' and then 'checkout'.

You will then be asked to enter your delivery address for us to calculate the shipping costs. The order total will automatically be updated.

You will then be asked to enter your billing address and preferred payment method. Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming receipt and your order number. You can also opt to receive SMS updates on the status of your order.

You may see the following statement at checkout: “By continuing, I agree that my information will be transferred to the United States”. Not to worry, this is simply because our server is based in the US. You information will not be shared with third parties.
